Statement of Purpose for this web site is to:

•Provide an independent, customer-driven resource for highlighting problems and promoting solutions
•Provide a method for consumer to give voice to their complaints/issues in a public forum
•Collect data for analysis through customer surveys
•Create a culture of customer service
•Develop a profile of the hybrid commuter: personal vehicle/public transportation
•Provide a means to find common cause
•Track abuses and discover the extent of problems in the system
•Initiate a history as a public record
•Change the default method of parking fee collection from receipt-less cash box to ANYTHING ELSE
•Provide a listing of public officials who are resources in addressing problems
